Home ◆ Terms
Last updated: 9 September 2026
01 These terms
These terms apply to your use of nersjewelry.com, operated by Ners Jewelry and Diamond LLC. By using the site you accept them. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the site.
02 This website is not a shop
There is no cart and no checkout on this website, and that is deliberate. Nothing shown here is an offer to sell. Everything on the collection pages is an invitation to get in touch.
A sale only exists once we have confirmed availability, size and the final price with you directly, and you have agreed to it.
03 Prices and availability
Prices are quoted to you by message and are valid for the period we state when we quote them. Stock moves quickly, particularly during live sessions, so a piece you saw on the site may already be gone.
If we quote you a price in error, we will tell you before taking payment and you are free to walk away.
04 Products, photographs and descriptions
We photograph pieces honestly and describe the metal accurately. Even so:
- Colour varies between screens, and gold looks different in daylight than under a lamp
- Handmade and small-batch pieces vary slightly from one to the next
- Sizes and weights are given to the nearest sensible measure and may vary a little
If anything about a piece matters to you, such as exact length, weight or tone, ask us before you order and we will measure it and tell you.
05 Orders, payment and delivery
Pieces are claimed, or “mined”, during a live selling session. We then email you an invoice listing everything you mined, the weight of each piece, the live session it came from, and the shipping fee. Payment is due on receipt of that invoice and must be settled within the window set out below.
Mined pieces travel together in batches. Each batch passes quality inspection before it is shipped to the USA, and we announce the expected arrival of each batch publicly. The mined date on your invoice tells you which batch your order belongs to. Announced dates are our best estimate, not a guarantee.
We accept Zelle, Venmo, PayPal, Cash App, Apple Pay and bank transfer. Invoices are due within 3 to 4 days of receipt. After that, a late fee of $25 per day applies to the unpaid balance. If you need longer, ask us about layaway before the due date; we can hold a piece for up to 45 days on an agreed plan. Pieces are released for shipping only once the invoice is paid in full.
We ship within the United States as standard, and internationally on request. Please ask before you pay so we can quote the shipping for you. The shipping fee is calculated per order from the shipping method chosen, the size and weight of the parcel, the destination, and insurance if you add it. We recommend insurance and will always tell you what it costs.
Every parcel is sent tracked and we pass the tracking number to you. On international orders, any customs duties, import taxes or handling charges levied by the destination country are your responsibility and are not included in the shipping fee.
Risk in a piece passes to you on delivery. Title passes once we have received payment in full.
06 Returns and exchanges
If something is wrong with your order, tell us within 48 hours of receiving it, with photographs and your invoice number. We would far rather hear about it straight away than weeks later.
To be accepted for return or exchange, a piece must be unworn, unused and undamaged, and must come back in its original packaging. Return postage is paid by you, unless the fault is verifiably ours, in which case we cover it. Refunds are issued 5 to 10 business days after we have received and inspected the piece, back to the payment method you used.
The following cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Earrings, for hygiene reasons
- Custom or personalised pieces
- Pieces resized or altered at your request
- Special orders
- Final sale items
- Any piece worn or damaged after delivery
Where a deposit is described as non-refundable at the time you pay it, that deposit is not returned if you later decide not to go ahead.
Nothing in this section affects any rights you have under the consumer protection law of the place where you live.
07 Live selling sessions
We show pieces on Facebook Live. Claiming a piece in the comments means we will set it aside for you and message you afterwards. It is not a completed purchase until we have confirmed it with you and you have paid.
If two people claim the same piece, the first comment we see takes it. We will tell the other person honestly rather than quietly substituting something else.
The live player on our home page is embedded from Facebook and subject to Facebook’s own terms.
