We collect only what you type into our forms, and we use it only to reply to you. No tracking, no profiling, and nothing sold to anyone.

01 Who we are
This website is operated by Ners Jewelry and Diamond LLC (“we”, “us”). This policy explains what personal information we collect through nersjewelry.com, why, and what you can do about it.
Ners Jewelry and Diamond LLC is registered in the State of Texas, United States, and operates from Houston, Texas, USA. The fastest way to reach us about anything in this policy is by email at ners.jeweldiamond@gmail.com.
02 What we collect
We only collect what you choose to give us. There is no account to create and no tracking profile.

We do not collect payment details on this website. There is no checkout here. Orders are arranged by message, and payment happens separately.
We do not run Google Analytics or any advertising or profiling tracker on this site.
03 Why we collect it
- To reply to you. If you send an inquiry, we use your details to answer it and to arrange a piece, a size, or an order.
- To send the newsletter, if you asked for it. A short note before a live selling session, and occasional new pieces.
- To keep the site working, using ordinary server logs to spot faults and abuse.
We do not sell your information, rent it, or share it with anyone for their own marketing. We do not use it to build advertising profiles.
04 Where it is stored
Form submissions are stored in Google Cloud Firestore, part of Firebase, on servers located in the United States. Google processes this data on our behalf as our service provider. Only we can read it, because access is restricted to our own authenticated account.
If you are writing to us from outside the United States, your information will be transferred to and stored in the US.
05 Other services involved
Three third-party services are involved in running this site. Each has its own privacy policy.

The Facebook video player is Facebook’s own embedded product. What it collects is governed by Meta’s privacy policy, not ours, and we cannot change its behaviour. If you would rather not load it, most browsers and content blockers can block third-party embeds.
06 What we store in your browser
We do not set any cookies of our own. We use a small amount of local storage in your browser for one purpose only: to remember when you last submitted a form, so the same person cannot accidentally send the same message several times in a row. It contains no personal information, never leaves your device, and clearing your browser data removes it.
The third parties listed above may set their own cookies. That is their doing, not ours.
07 How long we keep it
Where an inquiry is connected to an order, we keep it alongside our transaction records for that order. We may need it later to answer a question about a piece you bought, to handle a return, or to meet our tax and accounting obligations, so we do not delete it on a fixed schedule.
Inquiries that never led to an order are deleted once the conversation is finished and we no longer need them. Newsletter subscriptions are kept until you ask to be removed.
You can ask us to delete your information at any time and we will, unless we are required by law to keep a record of a transaction.
08 Your choices
You can ask us to:
- Show you what information we hold about you
- Correct anything that is wrong
- Delete your information entirely
- Stop emailing you. You can unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time
Email ners.jeweldiamond@gmail.com and we will action it. We will not charge you and we will not make it difficult. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under local law; we will honour those too.
09 Children
This site is not intended for children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13. If you believe a child has sent us their details, email us and we will delete them.
10 Changes
If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page. If the change is significant, we will say so clearly rather than quietly editing it.
