Why is there no cart on this site?

Because stock moves quickly and sizing matters. Message us about a piece and we will confirm it is still available, tell you the exact price, and sort out the size before you pay for anything.

How do I claim something during a live?

Just comment on the live. We will note it down, set the piece aside, and message you after the session to arrange payment and shipping.

What is the difference between 14k, 18k and 925?

14k gold is 58.3% pure gold and 18k is 75%. Both are solid gold, with 18k being richer in colour and 14k more scratch-resistant. 925 sterling silver is 92.5% pure silver. We explain all of it on our How We Choose page.

Can you help me pick a size?

Yes, just ask. Tell us a ring you already own that fits, or the length of a chain you like, and we will help you match it before anything ships.
